For First-Time Visitors
Jiyugaoka Muser Ladies Clinic, located just a 5-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station, is dedicated to addressing various health concerns for women. Women experience a wide range of health issues, including delicate matters that can be difficult to discuss. If you are unsure which department to visit or whether a gynecologist is the right choice, please feel free to consult with us.
We sincerely apologize, but due to the additional time required for communication in English, we charge an interpretation fee of 10,000 yen for the first visit and 5,000 yen for follow-up visits. The fee applies to both insurance-covered and self-paid treatments.
Please note that if you only require a prescription without consultation, the fee will not apply.
Thank you for your understanding.

Medical Services
Gynecology
We provide treatment for menstrual irregularities, abnormal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, menopause symptoms, and other gynecological concerns. Symptoms such as shoulder stiffness or anemia can also result from hormonal imbalances, so please feel free to consult with us.
Gynecological Checkups
Gynecological screenings help detect female-specific diseases, including uterine and ovarian conditions, as well as breast cancer. In recent years, screenings have expanded to include breast-related conditions.
Fetal Screening & Ultrasound Examinations
In addition to standard prenatal ultrasound examinations, we offer advanced fetal screening. This examination evaluates fetal development and checks for structural or blood flow abnormalities. Early detection of fetal conditions enables timely medical interventions during pregnancy or after birth.
Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT)
NIPT is a blood test for pregnant women that screens for chromosomal abnormalities such as trisomy 13 (Patau syndrome), trisomy 18 (Edwards syndrome), and trisomy 21 (Down syndrome).
Prenatal Checkups
(Semi-Open System)
Prenatal checkups are essential for monitoring both maternal and fetal health. Conditions such as dehydration, malnutrition from morning sickness, and pregnancy-induced hypertension can significantly impact both mother and baby. Regular checkups help detect complications early and ensure a safe delivery. If necessary, we can coordinate deliveries with specialized hospitals.
Menopause Clinic
Menopause typically occurs between ages 45 and 55. During this period, hormone levels fluctuate and gradually decrease, leading to various physical and emotional symptoms. Post-menopause, decreased estrogen production can increase the risk of osteoporosis, thrombosis, and other metabolic issues. Managing menopause effectively can improve overall well-being in later years.
Bridal Checkup
This gynecological screening is recommended for women planning to conceive in the future. It is beneficial not only for those preparing for marriage but also for married women. The checkup assesses conditions that may affect fertility or pregnancy, such as uterine and ovarian diseases and sexually transmitted infections. Early detection and treatment can improve reproductive health.
Vaccinations
Our clinic offers scientifically proven vaccines that are both safe and effective in preventing serious illnesses. Many infections can be life-threatening if left untreated, but vaccinations can prevent them and reduce severity if infection occurs.
Aesthetic Treatments
We offer treatments for various skin concerns, including pigmentation, acne, and wrinkles. Each skin condition requires a tailored approach. If you seek solutions for dark spots, acne scars, sagging, or dull skin, please consult with us.
Gynecological Aesthetic Treatments
Vaginal Laxity
Aging, childbirth, and hormonal changes can cause vaginal laxity, leading to decreased sexual satisfaction, discomfort, and urinary leakage.
Diagnosis
The doctor will perform a consultation and examination.
Treatment
Vaginal HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) stimulates collagen production to restore tightness. This safe, minimally invasive procedure requires little downtime.
Pain During Intercourse & Sensitivity Reduction
Hormonal changes and aging can lead to reduced vaginal elasticity and moisture, causing discomfort during intercourse.
Symptoms
Pain during intercourse, dryness, reduced pleasure.
Diagnosis
Consultation and examination to assess vaginal health.
Treatment
HIFU restores moisture and elasticity with minimal downtime.
Adolescent Gynecology
Adolescence (from late elementary school to high school) is a time of significant physical and emotional changes. Many young women feel hesitant to visit a gynecologist, but gynecology is not just for pregnancy and childbirth—it also addresses female-specific conditions and concerns. If you are unsure whether your issue is suitable for consultation, please feel free to ask.
Common Adolescent Concerns
- Severe menstrual pain or discomfort before menstruation
- Irregular menstrual cycles
- Menstruation coinciding with important events (exams, trips, etc.)
- Possible pregnancy
- HPV vaccination (cervical cancer prevention)
- Suspected sexually transmitted infections
- Health issues due to dieting
- Chronic fatigue or mood fluctuations in the morning
- Lower abdominal or lower back pain
- Delayed breast development
Common Adolescent Conditions
Dysmenorrhea
(Severe Menstrual Pain)
Menstrual cramps occur when the uterus contracts to expel menstrual blood. In younger women, the narrow cervical opening can cause more severe cramps. If menstrual pain disrupts daily activities, it may be diagnosed as dysmenorrhea and require treatment.
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
PMS includes mood swings, irritability, and physical discomfort before menstruation. Approximately 80% of women experience PMS, though many do not realize its cause. Awareness and management of PMS can help reduce its impact.
Breast Examinations
We provide treatment for postpartum mastitis. For other breast concerns, we refer patients to specialized breast clinics.
